FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • For your account to be activated, we will need a picture of your Dealer License. If you do not have a picture available during sign-up, you can submit a picture of your driver’s license, however, you must upload a picture of the Dealer License within one week of signing up, or you will risk your account being restricted.
  • If you are missing a referral code, please use Referral Code <INTERNAL CODE> during sign up, and our support team will reach out with further details.
  • The status of your account is dictated by the amount of information you have provided to our support team, which the team was able to verify.
    • Onboarding – you have created your account, and can sell a contract, but you have not provided us with enough information for us to pay you.
    • In Review – all required documentation has been submitted, and we are in the process of approving your account.
    • Active – we must be able to verify your identity, place of work, and the validity of the supplied Dealer License. At this time, you will receive your daily payouts, starting after the Dealership has paid their first remittance. Payouts will stop if payment for remittance is rejected.
  • Click your name in the top right of the webpage, then click “Profile”.
  • From here, click the “Payment” button on the left side of the screen, and you will see a screen to update your payment information.
  • To receive your daily payouts, your status must say Active, shown below. This requires the submission and validation of your Tax ID number, Dealership License number, and payout information.
  • We currently allow Payouts through PayPal and Venmo.
    • We recommend using PayPal, and acquiring a PayPal debit card, allowing easier access to your funds. This will also allow you to move funds to other applications, such as Zelle, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and CashApp, or directly to your bank with no fee.

GLOSSARY

Administrator - The company that processes your claims, works with your repair facility, and pays for your repair work. SC works with one of the industry's highest-rated administrators, providing only the best service possible.

ASE Certified - Auto mechanic certification program developed by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence. To attain certification, mechanics must pass at least one exam and provide proof of at least two years of relevant work experience. SC only deals with the most experienced ASE Certified mechanics to get your drivers’ issues appropriately resolved.

Deductible – A specified amount of money the insured must pay before an insurance company pays a claim. Inclusionary Coverage – A service contract list of every vehicle part covered by the contract. Only the parts listed are Included. SC includes options for drivers to have the exact coverage they’ll need.

Obligor – The insurance company that insures the Administrator to ensure they have sufficient financial backing at all times to pay claims.

Make – The manufacturer that built your vehicle. SC can rate any make or model.

Manufacturer – The company that made your vehicle.

Model – The specific type of vehicle.

Rental Reimbursement – An optional coverage that helps cover the costs of a rental car while it is being repaired due to a covered claim. SC understands the importance of keeping you on the; that’s why all our protection products already include Rental Reimbursement.

Roadside Assistance – A service designed to help you get going again if your vehicle breaks down. Some benefit include changing a flat tire, jumping your battery, towing, delivering gas, and retrieving keys inside a locked car. SC offers roadside assistance as an added option so you can hit the road stress-free.

Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) – A vehicle identification number, or VIN, identifies your car. It’s made up of individual numbers and letters with special significance and provides unique information about your vehicle. With SC’s state-of-the-art technology, use the VIN to immediately get your driver’s rates.

Vehicle Service Contract – A paid plan that helps cover costly car repairs and takes effect once the new vehicle warranty has expired. SC superior VSC offers your drivers the ultimate peace of mind.
